RTS axle retaining plates bolt to the housing ends to secure the axle/bearing into the large bearing Ford 9 in. housings. The steel retainers are 3/16 in. thick and are designed to fit over axles, eliminating the need to remove bearing from axle. They’re ideal for use with RTS cut-to-fit axles. Order the model recommended for your axle housing flange type.
