Full-Race Formline® Turbo Manifolds for the GEN1 3.5L EcoBoost.

The Full-Race Formline® Turbo Manifolds are a direct replacement for the failure-prone factory exhaust manifolds on the 2011–2016 Ford F-150 EcoBoost. OEM cast iron manifolds are known to warp, crack, and leak under high exhaust temperatures, leading to performance loss, annoying chirping sounds, and expensive repairs.

Formline® Turbo Manifolds address these OEM shortcomings head-on. Crafted from advanced 347 stainless steel, they’re built to withstand exhaust temps up to 1740°F (950°C) without warping or cracking, delivering unmatched durability for heavy towing, spirited driving, and everything in between. And unlike 304 stainless, which is often used in motorsport applications, 347 stainless offers even greater resistance to high-temperature fatigue and corrosion, making it better suited for the long-term demands of the EcoBoost platform. Plus, the ½” thick flanges also provide improved strength and sealing over the OEM’s thinner ⅜” design.

But we didn’t stop at better materials—Formline® manifolds are engineered for serious performance gains. A 32% larger outlet perfectly matches the turbocharger inlet, while individually optimized 30mm runners reduce backpressure and improve turbo efficiency. The result? Faster spool-up, increased horsepower, and stronger torque throughout the powerband.

These manifolds are a 100% bolt-on replacement that utilize factory mounting points. No cutting, drilling, or custom modifications required. Every set also includes our A286 Inconel Stud Kit, eliminating the common hardware issues that cause leaks in OEM setups

Full-Race High-Flow Front Mount Intercooler Core: The intercooler core boasts a flow rate exceeding 1000cfm, ensuring less than 1psi pressure drop at power levels up to 600+hp. It offers a 70% larger internal flow area than OEM, utilizing oversized 10mm paths for both charge air and ambient air—significantly wider than the typical 6.5mm paths. This design maximizes cooling efficiency and performance, making it ideal for high-power applications.

Full-Race Intercooler Mounting Beam: A hand-fabricated lower support beam constructed from high-strength steel for additional rigidity and longevity.

Full-Race Aluminum Charge Piping (Hot and Cold Side): Inlet and outlet sizing has been boosted to accommodate 3″ piping on each side.

Cast Aluminum Y-Pipe: Our F-150 and Raptor intercooler kits feature a cast aluminum Y-Pipe for a stronger, better-fitting, and more reliable intercooler upgrade.

Hardware Kit: Engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement, this kit includes all necessary components for installation including 2-ply couplers, t-bold clamps, piping, mounting brackets, a horn relocation bracket, and more.
